Journey to your center. Embrace your inner child. Manifest your dreams and maximize your potential.

Carolee Bongiorno is a Board-Certified Art Expressive Therapist and a Professor at Fordham University and The City College of New York. She studied at the Lincoln Center Institute for the Arts and at the Studio School in New York City. She has a B.A. in English and Art and an M.S. in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, as well as an M.S. in Learning to Read Through the Arts all from Fordham University. She works both with Individuals and facilitates Groups.

Ms. Bongiorno leads Mandala Workshops which explore how the Mandala has been used throughout history and is relevant today as a tool for meditation, personal growth and expression. Another of her workshops is Mixed-Media Self-Portraits in which participants use their artwork to portray their inner selves, their issues as well as their beauty, by representing themselves in paint, collage and fabric. When working in mixed media the participant is free to work in unusual, unrepresentational ways.

Ms. Bongiorno also uses the highly acclaimed method for liberating one's innerself through her Inner Child Workshops. In this Workshop one gains insight through using drama, music, visual arts and dance. If one feels imprisoned in one's grown-up persona this Workshop will help one honor his/her feelings. The Inner Child holds the key to intimacy in relationships, harnessing physical energy and achieving one's well-being.

In addition to her Workshops, Ms. Bongiorno works with individuals in a one to one setting, helping them work through their struggles through the use of Drama, Dance, Music and Visual Arts.
