Integrative health is the combination of modern healthcare with the complementary healing arts of the wisdom traditions.
Aspects of mind-body-spirit are brought together to help the participant achieve a dynamic, optimal health state of being.
Methods used to achieve an integrated healing state of being include: holistic self-assessment, health counseling through dialogue and education, guided imagery, relaxation, constructive rest, Reiki and therapeutic massage and bodywork. The Meadow is a caring-healing, serene environment that imbues sacred space for healing work. Practice is limited to adults by appointment.

Initial Consult $ 175.00
Follow up visits: Varies from $ 50.00 to $125.00 depending on the length and intensity of visit.
Integrative Health Consultation, Education and Program Development:
Ms. Marks is a doctorally prepared nurse with a focus on education and leadership. She offers professional nursing seminars aimed at integrating holistic health modalities; complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), into mainstream healthcare venues such as hospitals, clinics, home and outpatient healthcare settings. Holistic nursing education is provided to corporations, groups and individuals at contractual and negotiated rates dependant on the services provided.
Services include:
- Reiki in Healthcare: The Reiki I and Reiki II programs are approved for 6 CEU each through the NYSNA.
- Creating caring-healing environments and sacred spaces in the home and workplace.
- Creating an ANCC Magnet culture through staff empowerment structures and processes.
- Developing and evaluating theory guided practice models using holistic nursing theories, and the healing arts and science.
