by appointment for children through adults. You will be performing and learning
in a state-of-the-art studio with surround sound, sprung wood floors, air

MODERN DANCE - Isadora Duncan Technique
Modern dance programs
are designed age specific and appropriate material includes themes from
nature, story, classical music and fine art. No previous dance experience
necessary. Fall Registration begins week ofSeptember 9th!

teacher, how to move differently and improve the Use of the Self.

flexibility, pain reduction, and improved function of chronic conditions.

Marybeth Hraniotis has worked extensively in
private practice from referral's from physicians, chiropractors, and massage
therapists with patients/clients suffering from chronic pain conditions.
She has spoken on the Alexander Technique and its vital role in recovery
for the chronic pain population.
BELLY DANCING - The Art of Middle Eastern Dance
Classes offered by Maureen Drury(a.k.a. The MahaReenie),
teacher and performer of Raks Sharki, Middle Eastern Dance. She has studied
dance styles from Egypt, North African (including Algeria, Tunisia and
Morocco), Gypsy Roma, Turkey and Persia.
Our Yoga classes offer a series of spiritual and
physical exercises which help join the body, mind and spirit. These lessons
can help to encourage health and well-being. Useful for conditions such
as anxiety, arthritis, headache, migraine, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis,
pregnancy, rheumatoid arthritis, and more.
A class working with human architectural form, flexibility,
core strength, and tone. Participants will gain more awareness of their
"body in motion" We will engage our mind to include functional anatomy.
Improvement in balance with ease of movement attained.
Strength, flexibility, A class incorporating image,
constructive consciousness and movement education. Class participants
will learn a flowing series of movements that will engage deep core musculature,
and improve joint flexibility. This class, set to beautiful atmospheric
music will calm the mind and energize the body and soul.
